Select the truck driving school of your choice. Remember: we’ll reimburse your tuition up to $6,000 if we hire you.

After you obtain a CDL A truck driving license, fill out our online application.

You’ll attend our paid 2-4 day orientation (depending on whether you will drive flatbed or van).

Following orientation, we will place you with one of our professional trainers for at least 30 days, so you will get to learn from some of the best in the business.

After you pass your road test, you qualify as a solo truck driver and start enjoying all of the advantages of being a Western Express driver.
